6 - 8 pork chops
1 cup celery (diced)
1/2 cup onion (diced)
4 T. butter
2 cups water
1 envelope chicken noodle soup mix
1 T. sage
4 cups croutons (1-8 oz. bag)

Directions:
Directions:
Brown chops in grease and remove. In same skillet, cook celery and onion till tender. Add water, soup mix, and sage. Simmer 5 minutes. Add croutons and stir till moistened. Put in greased baking dish. Top with chops, cover and bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
