1 1/3 cup water
1 1/3 cup minute rice
3 T. margarine
1 egg (beaten)
1/3 cup chopped onion
2 - 3 T. soy sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Bring 1 cup water to a boil, stir in rice. Remove from heat, cover and let stand for 5 minutes. Meanwhile cook egg in skillet with butter, add onion and rice, continue cooking over medium heat until rice and onion are lightly browned. Combine remaining water and soy sauce and stir into rice.
