Pie Crust (from the dairy case in grocery store)
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 box powdered (confectioners) sugar
1 small container Cool Whip, softened
Fresh fruit of choice: Strawberries, blueberries, or kiwi
Canned fruit: pears, peaches, pineapple, Mandarin oranges
1/4 c. Hershey's chocolate syrup, optional
Chopped pecans, optional

Directions:
Directions:
Spread pie crust onto pizza pan and bake according to directions. Cream together cream cheese, powdered sugar, and cool whip. Spread over cooled pie crust. Slice strawberries and kiwi. Cut canned fruits into chunks. Arrange all fruit over top of cream cheese mixture. Drizzle with chocolate syrup and pecans, if desired. Slice and enjoy!

Can use a cookie sheet with a lip on it and cut into squares instead of a round pizza pan. Beautiful, fresh, and easy! Always a hit!
