2 lbs. ground beef (2lbs. chopped chicken may be substituted)
1 cup chopped onion
1 can diced tomatoes
1 can beans (chili, pinto, black - your favorite)
1 cup water
2/3 cup salsa or picante sauce
1/2 tsp. cumin
1 can tomato juice - spicy is good

Toppings: Corn Chips
Shredded Cheese
Sour Cream

Directions:

Brown ground beef (or cook chicken) and onion. Add remaining ingredients and bring to a boil and simmer 1 hr. Serve with toppings of chips, cheese, sour cream
