8 cups chopped green tomatoes
3 cups chopped onions
3 cups chopped green bell peppers
8-10 hot peppers
2 cups sugar
2 tsp salt
1 cup water
1 cup vinegar
1/2 tsp celery seed
1/2 tsp mustard seed

Directions:
Directions:
Mix vegetables and pour salt and sugar over mixture; let stand for 15 minutes. Mix water and vinegar; add seeds and let stand for 15 minutes. Add liquid mixture to vegetables in a large saucepan and bring to a boil. Cook for 15 minutes until vegetables are soft. Pour into canning jar. Makes 5 pints.
