3/4 inch thick fish (Swordfish, Tuna, Halibut, Grouper, Snapper, Bass, or Mahi Mahi)

Basting Sauce:
1 tsp. Accent or salt or favorite salt seasoning
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. lemon pepper
1 tsp. lemon juice
2 Tbsp. Worchestershire sauce

Dill Sauce:
1 c. sour cream
1 tsp. salt
3 Tbsp. dill (fresh and chopped, or dried)
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. pepper

Directions:
Marinate fish in basting sauce 30-minutes before grilling. Meanwhile, make dill sauce and set aside. Clean grill rack and coat with nonstick spray. Use fish basket and coat with nonstick spray, as well. Grill over med-hot coals for 4-6 minutes or until fish is lightly browned. Turn and grill additional 2-3 minutes. Fish should flake easily when tested with fork. May use indoor grilling pan over stove top, as well.
