2 lbs. shell-on headless shrimp
1 package (1 lb.) Louisiana Brand Crawfish, Shrimp and Crab
Boil
12 whole new potatoes
4 onions,quartered
1 link pork or Italian sausage cut into 1 1/2 inch pieces
3 ears corn, cut into thirds
1 whole garlic, unpeeled
1 lemon

Directions:
Directions:
Add package of boil seasoning to 1 gallon of water. Bring to a roiling boil. Add potatoes and boil 10 minutes. Add onions, sausage and garlic and boil 5 minutes. Add shrimp and corn and boil 5 minutes more - don't over cook the shrimp. Drain and serve immediately with crusty bread and a cold beverage
