1 box Uncle Ben's chicken rice
1 can chicken, drained
2 green onions, chopped
1/2 bell pepper, chopped
1 small jar artichoke hearts, drained and chopped, reserving juice
Sunflower seeds
Curry powder to taste.

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare chicken rice as directed. Mix chicken, onions, pepper, artichoke hearts and sunflower seeds into rice. Mix a spoonful of mayo into reserved artichoke juice. Add this to rice mixture. Lastly, add curry powder to taste!
