1 pound ground pork
1/2 pound mild pork sausage
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Combine pork, sausage, salt and pepper in a large bowl, tossing gently with your hands. Shape meat into four 3/4-inch thick patties. Spray patties with nonstick spray.
Grill burgers to 160, about 4-5 minutes per side.
