1/2 cup prepared yellow mustard
1/4 cup ketchup
1/4 cup purchased barbecue sauce
2 tablespoon maple syrup
3/4 cup red onion, minced
1/2 cup sweet pickle relish, drained

Directions:
Directions:
Simmer mustard, ketchup,barbecue sauce, and syrup for the chowchow in a small saucepan over medium heat 2-3 minutes; cool to room temperature. Stir in onion and. pickle relish. Chill until ready to serve
