1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
2 tablespoons sugar
2 olive oil
2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
2 cups coleslaw mix
2 Granny Smith apples, grated
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Whisk cream, vinegar, oil, sugar, Dijon, and salt together in a large bowl.

Add coleslaw mix, apple, and parsley; toss with dressing to coat. Prepare and chill up to 1 hour before serving.
