2 pt. fresh strawberries, hulled and halved.
3/4 c. unsweetened apple juice concentrate
1 to 3 T. lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Place all ingredients in blender or food processor and process until smooth. Pour into 8x8-inch dish. Cover and freeze for 1-1/2 to 2 hours or until partially set. Spoon into mixing bowl; beat on medium speed for 1-1/2 minutes. Return to dish; freeze for 2-3 hours or until firm. Remove from freezer 10 minutes before serving. Garnish with mint, if desired.
