2 1/2 to 3 lb. chicken
1 c. rice, uncooked
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 envelope Lipton dry onion soup mix
4 c. chicken broth or drippings (can use bouillon cubes if needed)
1 c. grated cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Stew or roast chicken, reserving broth, bone chicken, discard skin and bones. (Can also use chicken breasts.)
Put rice, uncooked in greased dish (large), lay chicken pieces on top. Mix soup together with soup mix. Spoon over chicken. Add hot drippings. Sprinkle cheese on top. Bake at 350.
