2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
2 sticks margarine
4 T. cocoa
1 c. water
1/2 c. buttermilk
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
Icing:
1 stick margarine
4 T. cocoa
6 T. buttermilk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped nuts
1 box powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Sift sugar, flour and soda into bowl. Melt margarine and cocoa. Bring water to a boil. Pour margarine and water over dry ingredients. Add buttermilk, eggs and vanilla. Bake in a jelly roll pan with an edge. Bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes or until done.
Icing: Melt margarine, add 4 T. cocoa, 6 T.buttermilk. Bring to a boil and add 1 box powdered sugar, 1 tsp. vanilla and 1 c. nuts. Spread on cake while hot.
