1. lb Italian sausage, browned and drained
1 medium onion, chopped and cooked with sausage
2 large cans diced tomatoes
1 tsp. Jane's Crazy Salt or other seasoning salt
pepper
Baking soda
1/2 - 1 cup prepared Alfredo sauce
generous helping fresh spinach
1 lb penne pasta, cooked

Directions:
Directions:
Heat to a boil 2 cans diced tomatoes. Add Italian spices, salt and pepper to taste. Reduce heat and add a pinch of baking soda. Add sausage and onions to pan and simmer for 45 minutes. Just before serving add fresh spinach and Alfredo sauce. Stir and heat until spinach is cooked. Add pasta and serve!
