1/4 lb butter
3 scallions (cut fine)
1 c Rice (Uncle Ben's)
1 can chicken or beef broth
Salt & pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Saute Onions until golden brown. Add rice, salt, pepper, and broth. Bring to a boil. Let simmer 1/2 hour.
