2 lbs. mild sausage
12 eggs
4 cups milk
16 oz. grated cheese
2 tsp. dry mustard
2 tsp. salt (very scant)
10 slices french bread (torn in pieces)

Directions:
Directions:
Cook sausage & drain. Grease or spray with Pam (2) 8x11 casserole dishes. Crumble sausage over bread.

Beat eggs, milk, salt & mustard and pour over meat. Sprinkle with cheese and cover.

Refrigerate overnight.

Bake at 350 for 1 hour, or a little longer until done.

This can be frozen. This recipe can be cut in half and will feed 10 - 12 people.
