1 small can of 'grands flaky biscuits'
1 cup sugar
1 cup water
1 stick margarine
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 large baked sweet potato OR
1 can of sweet potatoes

Directions:
Directions:
Open biscuits, cut in half. Put slice of sweet potato on bottom part and replace top of biscuit.

Place in baking dish -- do not place too close together.

Cook sugar, water & margarine for 2 minutes. Add vanilla & cinnamon.

Pour over raw biscuits & bake at 350 until brown, then spoon syrup over biscuits.
