1 c. milk
3 eggs
1/2 c. sugar
1 pkg. of yeast
3 T. butter
4 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
rinds of 2 oranges, grated
more butter and sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Scald milk and add butter. When luke warm, add yeast, beaten eggs, salt and sugar. Add 1 cup flour at a time, beating well. Let rise 2 hours. Roll and spread with 1/2 cup soft butter, 1/2 cup sugar and grated rind of 2 oranges. Roll out like jelly roll, 1/4 inch. Slice and let rise in muffin tin for 2 hours. Bake at 400 for 15 minutes.
