1 lb. broccoli florets
olive oil
2 small onions (vidalia or red), chopped
1 celery rib, chopped
1 bunch small green onions, chopped
2 cans chicken stock (14-1/2 oz each)
1 cup water
1 small white potato
5 slices Canadian bacon, chopped
salt & pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Saute the onion and celery in the olive oil. Add the broccoli. Add the rest of the ingredients. Simmer until all the vegetables are cooked and soft.

Blend all together in a blender.

Serve hot.
