Pretzel Salad Recipe

2 cups crushed pretzels
3/4 cup margarine, melted
3 tbsp sugar
1 8-oz package cream cheese
1 cup sugar
2 cups cool whip
6 oz package strawberry jello
2 cups boiling water
2 10oz packages of frozen strawberries

Mix pretzels, margarine & sugar together and press into a sprayed 9x13 pan. Bake at 400 for 8 minutes (4 minutes in microwave).

Mix cream cheese & sugar together. Fold in cool whip and spread mixture over cooled pretzels.

Prepare strawberry jello with the boiling water.
Add frozen strawberries. Chill until syrupy, then pour over cream cheese layer.
