Meat layer: 1 lb ground beef
1/2 cup fine dry bread crumbs
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 tsp salt
dash pepper
2/3 cup (5.3 oz can) evaporated milk

Spaghetti layer: 4 oz spaghetti, cooked & drained
1 egg, beaten
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
2 t butter

Topping: 1 can pizza sauce (8 oz)
1/2 tsp oregano
green pepper rings
1 cup (4 oz) shredded mozzarella cheese

Heat oven to 350. Combine all ingredients in meat later, press firmly into bottom and sides of a 9" pie pan. Bake 35-40 min. Spoon off drippings. Combine spaghetti with egg, cheese (Parmesan) & butter. Spread in baked meat shell. Top with pizza sauce, oregano, green pepper rings and mozzarella cheese. Bake an additional 10 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before cutting into wedges.
