1 egg 1/2 c. sugar 1/4 t. vanilla 1 1/2 c. chopped peanuts or cashews 2 t. flour
Preheat oven to 350º. Beat egg, sugar, and vanilla until thick. Add nuts and flour gradually folding in after addition. Drop by teaspoonfuls 2 -inches apart on a greased cookie sheet. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
