milk (enough to turn tea creamy pearl colored)
Sugar (enough to sweeten)

Make the hot tea and add other ingredients until cooler and sweet.

I remember stopping by Aunt Louise's after dance class and she would make this tea for Pam and me. We felt very grown-up and special!
