1 pkg dry yeast 1 cup warm water 3 1/2 cups flour 1 T olive oil 1 tsp salt
Soften yeast in warm water, beat in 1 1/2 cups flour. Mix in oil and salt. Add remaining flour. Knead until elastic, about 12 minutes. Let rise in greased bowl about 1 1 /2 hours. Punch down and refrigerate until cool.
