2 lg lemons
2 cups sugar
4 well beaten eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Slice the lemon as thin as possible, rind and all. Mix with sugar, let stand 2 hours, stirring occasionally.
Add eggs and turn into unbaked pie crust, arranging slices neatly. Bake at 450 for just 15 minutes, then reduce heat to 375 for another 20 minutes or until knife comes out clean when inserted near the edge.
