1 cup canned pumpkin 1 cup sugar (scant) pinch of salt 2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice 1 tsp. vanilla 1 cup milk (approximate) 2 eggs pie crust
Preheat oven to 350º. Mix all ingredients together well. Pour into crust and bake for 30-35 minutes. If not set and a toothpick inserted does not come out clean, continue to bake until toothpick comes out clean.
