1 med. Cabbage
1 lb. Ground Beef
2 T. Chopped Onion
1 Green Pepper, minced
1/2 tsp. Salt
1/4 tsp. Pepper
1/4 tsp. Poultry Seasoning
1/4 c. Cooked Rice
1 1/2 c. canned Tomato's

Directions:
Directions:
Place cabbage in boiling water and parboil a few minutes. Drain and separate a few leaves. Cook beef, onions, and green pepper. Add salt, pepper, and poultry seasoning, mix well, add rice. Fill each leaf with some of he mixture. Fold over and lay in baking pan or casserole. Pour over top the tomato's, salt and pepper. Dot with butter. Bake at 450 for 5 minutes, then at 350 for 1 hour.
