1 cup butter
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
(cream together)
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
(add to above mixture)

2 cups flour
2 1/2 cups oatmeal
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
(powder in food processor and add to mixture)

Cook on ungreased cookie sheet for 10 minutes @ 375

12 ounces semi sweet chocolate chips
4 ounces grated Hershey bar
1 cup walnuts
(add to above mixture last).
