1 1/2 pounds spicy sausage
1 large onion chopped
10 eggs slightly beaten
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
1 1/2 cups grated sharp cheddar cheese
3 cups milk
12 slices of bread with crust cut off

Directions:
Directions:
Brown sausage and onion. Get rid of all grease-- squeeze with paper towel. Mix eggs, salt, mustard and milk. Put bread slices in bottom of 9 by 13 inch pan. Add egg and milk mixture. Cover and put in refrigerator overnight. Remember to make this the day before.

In the morning, take cover off and cook at 350 for 1 hour. Let sit for five minutes before serving.
