6 Duck Breast 2 Cup Italian Bread Crumbs 1 Large Egg 1/2 Cup Milk 1 Cup Flour 1/2 Cup Oil
In a shallow dish put in bread crumbs. In another dish Combine egg and milk and in still another dish place flour. Cut breast in very small strips. Heat oil in skillet or in deep fryer. Dredge duck breast in flour, then egg mixture, and finally in bread crumbs. Lightly brown duck in skillet. Eat an enjoy.
