6 Cups flour 4 eggs 1 tablespoon oil 1/2 cup water 1/2 teaspoon salt
Mix above ingredients and knead for a few minutes on floured board. Let dough rest 15 minutes. Cut pieces and put through pasta maker. Place on a clean sheet over a bed or table to dry and boil in salted water -- until the pasta rises to the top.
