Ingredients:  
1 head iceberg lettuce or lettuce of your choice
1 carton grape tomatoes
1 cucumber, peeled and chopped
5 oz. shredded carrots
1 pkg. Feta with basil
3/4 c. craisins
2 avocados, chpd
1/2 c. sliced almonds
salt and pepper to taste

Dressing:
1 pkg Italian Dressing Mix
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1/4 c. balsamic vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix vegetables together in large bowl. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.

Dressing: Mix oil, vinegar and dressing mix.

Pour over salad and toss.
