1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 c. chopped stuffed green olives
1/2 c. flour
3 T. butter softened
Dash cayenne or Tabasco

Directions:
Directions:
Blend cheese, butter and cayenne. Stir in flour. Roll between waxed paper to a rectangle, 10 X 6" about 1/8" thick. Sprinkle with chopped olives. Roll up like jelly roll, lifting waxed paper with each turn. Wrap in waxed paper and chill at least one hour. Cut roll into 1/4" slices. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet for 10 minutes at 400. Serve hot!
