1 pkg. dry yeast
1 c. warm water
3 1/2 c. flour
1 T. olive oil
1 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Soften yeast in warm water, beat in 1 1/2 c. flour. Mix in oil and salt. Add remaining flour. Knead about 12 minutes. Let rise in greased bowl about 1 1/2 hours. Punch down and refrigerate until cool.
