3 T. sugar
1/2 c. sliced almonds
1/2 head green leaf lettuce, broken into pieces
1/2 head romaine lettuce, broken into pieces
1 c. chopped celery
4 green onions, chopped
1 11oz. can mandarin oranges, drained
1 avocado, cut into chunks
1 apple, diced
1/4 c. dried currants
1/2 c. crumbled blue cheese
Dressing: 1/2 tsp. salt, 1/2 tsp. pepper, 1/4 c. oil, 1 T. chpd. parsley, 2 T. sugar, 2 T. white wine vinegar

Place ingredients in a large salad bowl. Pour dressing over ingredients and toss!
