8 slices bread (crumbled or cubed)
3/4 lb. Shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 1/2 lbs. sausage, cooked and drained
4 eggs
2 1/2 cups milk
3/4 T. prepared mustard
1 can cream of mushroom soup
I can of mushrooms or equiv. fresh

Directions:
Directions:
Butter a 9X13 pan. Line pan with bread cubes, top bread with sausage and add cheese on top of sausage. Mix eggs, milk, mustard and salt. Pour over the above. Let stand overnight in refrigerator.

In morning, mix soup with mushrooms and pour over casserole. Sprinkle top with parsley flakes and cheese. Bake at 300 for 1 1/2 hours.
