3- 10 oz pkgs frozen hash browns
1/2 c. melted margarine
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 can undiluted cream of chicken soup
1 8 oz. carton sour cream

Topping; 2 c. cornflakes, crushed
1/4 c.butter, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Partially thaw potatoes. Mix sour cream, soup, onion, salt, pepper, etc. Add potatoes. Put in a 9X13 baking dish.

Topping:
Pour cornflakes on top of casserole. Add melted butter. Bake, uncovered, 45 minutes at 350.
