1pkg. Lipton Herb and Garlic Soup Mix 2lbs. Medium Potatoes 1/3c. Vegetable Oil
Scrub potatoes to remove dirt and soil and bruised spots. Cut potatoes into bite size pieces. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Add all ingredients into a large plastic bag. Shake until potatoes are evenly coated. Empty potatoes into a shallow baking dish. Cook for 40 mins. Stir occasionally and cook until tender and golden brown.
