2 cups Herman Starter
1 cup sugar
2/3 cup plus 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 eggs
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1-1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
2 teaspoons baking powder

TOPPING:
1 cup brown sugar
1 tablespoon flour
1/4 cup melted butter or margarine

Preheat oven to 350.

In a mixing bowl, combine starter, sugar, oil and eggs. In a small bowl stir together flour, salt, soda, cinnamon and baking powder and fold dry ingredients into starter mixture. Pour batter into a lightly greased 9x13-inch baking dish.

TOPPING:
Combine brown sugar, 1 tablespoon flour and 1/4 cup melted butter or margarine. Sprinkle on batter in pan.

Bake 35-40 minutes or until cake tests done.
