1/2 head (small) cabbage - chopped
2 green onions - chopped, including green tops
Approximately 1 1/2 cups chicken breast or turkey, cooked and diced
Approximately 1 1/2 cups cocktail peanuts
2 T. sesame seeds
1 pkg. (3 oz.) Nisson Quick cooking noodles, crunched
2 T. vinegar
2 T. sugar
1 tsp. Accent
1 tsp. salt
1/2 cup oil (peanut oil is good)

Prepare salad ingredients. Toss all ingredients together just prior to serving. Boil all dressing ingredients, except oil, for one minute. Let cool and then add oil. Add crunched noodles before serving and then add dressing.
