1 lb grated cheddar cheese 1 lb hot sausage room temperature uncooked 3 C Bisquick 1/2 C milk
Mix together with fingers. Add 1/2 C milk plus a little bit if needed to hold mixture together. Form into bite size balls and place on a cookie sheet. Bale @350 for 12 minutes. Serve immediately or keep warm.
