4 or 5 Large Green Peppers 1 c. Rice Cooked 1 can Cream of Mushroom soup 1/2 c. diced Celery 1/2 c. diced Onion 1 lb. Hamburger, browned
Clean and parboil the green peppers. SautÚ celery and onions, mix all ingredients together. Fill peppers with the mixture. Arrange in baking dish. Crisscross with bacon strips. Bake at 350║ for 30 minutes.
