16-18 manicotti shells (uncooked)
2 lbs. ground chuck or ground round
2 - 8 oz. Mozzarella Cheese - shredded
2 - 8 oz Cheddar Cheese
1 cup fine bread crumbs
1 egg
1/2 cup milk
1 Tbsp parsley
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
2 - 8 oz. cans tomato sauce or spaghetti sauce prepared
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
Extra Mozzarella cheese to top

Directions:

Mix browned chuck, cheese (save some for topping) bread crumbs, egg, milk, onion, parsley together. Stuff into uncooked shells. Place in 9x13 baking dish. Mix tomato sauce with Italian seasoning. (Prepared spaghetti sauce may be used) Pour over stuffed shells, bake at 350 for 40 minutes covered tightly with foil. Top with mozzarella cheese and bake an additional 10 minutes. Serve with bread sticks and salad...Good as Olive Garden!
