1 cup flour
1/2 cup salt
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
2 tablespoons cream of tarter
1 cup water
food coloring of your choice

Directions:
Directions:
Cook together everything except food coloring until it clumps together (about 2 minutes). Remove from heat and add food coloring until all mixed. Cool. Keep in plastic bag or plastic container to stay soft. Enjoy.
