8 oz. bag puff corn
1 cup brown sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 pound butter
1/2 cup light corn syrup

Directions:
Directions:
Pre-heat oven to 250. Pour puff corn into a large roaster. In a 2 quart sauce pan combine butter, brown sugar, and corn syrup. Bring to a boil for 2 minutes stirring constantly. Remove from heat and stir in baking soda, be careful mixture will foam at this point. Pour over puff corn and stir to coat well. Put roaster into oven and bake 45 minutes stirring every 10 to 15 minutes. Let cool completely. Break into pieces and store in airtight containers.
