4 c. Vanilla Wafers
1/3 c. Walnuts, chopped
1/3 c. Butter or Margarine
1 T. Sugar
2 pkg. Cream Cheese
1/4 c. sugar
1 Egg
1 Lemon

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Finely chop wafers and nuts. Reserve 1/2 cup. Combine wafers, nuts and melted butter. Press into bottom of 9 by 13 inch pan. Combine cheese, sugar, and egg; add 1 tablespoon lemon peel and 3 tablespoon lemon juice to cheese. Cream until smooth. Spread over crust. Sprinkle with reserved wafers/nuts mixture. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until set. Cool.
