1 can blackeyed peas with jalapeņo
1 jar pimento (chopped)
1 small onion (chopped)
1 cup celery (chopped)
1 cup green pepper (chopped)
1 can white shoe peg corn
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 T. water
3/4 cup cider vinegar
1/2 cup oil
1 cup sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together in bowl the first 6 ingredients.
The next 6 ingredients are the dressing. Boil together and pour over beans. Marinate overnight in refrigerator. When ready to serve drain. Serve with scoop Fritos.
