2 c. Lukewarm Milk 1/2 c. Sugar 2 tsp. Salt 1/2 c. Shortening 2 Eggs 7 7 1/2 c. Flour 2 pkgs. Yeast 1/2 c. Shortening 1 tsp. Salt 1 c. Nuts 7 c. Flour
Knead; let rise; work down. Rise again until double in bulk. Roll out with butter, sugar and cinnamon. Raisins are optional. Bake at 375 degrees. Put powdered sugar and milk frosting on while warm. Sugar is optional; white, brown or powdered changes the flavor.
