1 stick margarine, melted 1. c. sugar 1 c. flour 1 1/2 t. baking powder 2/3 c. milk
Preheat oven to 350º. Put melted margarine in baking dish. Mix together remaining ingredients. Spoon batter over melted margarine. Spoon 1 quart of sweetened fruit over the batter, allowing room for batter to bubble up. Do not drain fruit. Bake 45-50 minutes.
